1What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) when you visit it. They are widely used to make websites work, to make them work more efficiently, and to provide information to the owners of the site.
Cookies set by the website you are visiting are called "first-party cookies." Cookies set by parties other than the website owner are called "third-party cookies." Third-party cookies enable features or functionality provided by external services, such as analytics, advertising, scheduling, and embedded media.
Alongside cookies, we and our partners may use related technologies such as pixel tags (also called web beacons), software development kits (SDKs), local storage, and session storage. In this policy, references to "cookies" include these similar technologies unless we say otherwise.
2Why we use cookies
As described in our Privacy Policy, we collect information automatically as you navigate the Platform through the use of cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies. We use these technologies to:
- Keep the Platform secure and allow you to sign in and stay signed in.
- Remember your preferences, such as language and region.
- Understand how the Platform is used so we can improve performance and reliability.
- Measure and improve the effectiveness of our advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Compile aggregate statistics that help us understand and respond to the needs of our users.
3Categories of cookies we use
We group the cookies we use into four categories. Strictly necessary cookies are always active because the Platform cannot function without them. All other categories are optional, and where the law requires it, we will only set them after you give your consent.
| Category | What it does | Can you turn it off? |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Required for the Platform to operate. These enable core functions such as account login, session management, security, fraud prevention, load balancing, and remembering your cookie choices. Without them, services you ask for cannot be provided. | No (always active) |
| Functional | Remember choices you make to give you a more personalized experience, such as your preferred language or region. If you reject these, some features may be less convenient. | Yes |
| Analytics | Help us understand how visitors interact with the Platform by collecting information such as pages visited and time spent. We use this to improve how the Platform works. | Yes |
| Marketing | Used to track conversions and measure the performance of our advertising across channels such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger), and to deliver content that is more relevant to you. | Yes |
4First-party and third-party cookies
We set some cookies directly to run the Platform, such as keeping you logged in and remembering your preferences. We also allow selected third parties to set cookies through the Platform so they can provide services to us, including analytics, advertising measurement, payment fraud prevention, scheduling, and embedded media.
The third parties listed below act as independent controllers of the data they collect through their own cookies. We do not control how they use that data. We encourage you to review each provider's own privacy and cookie notices using the links provided.
5Third-party services that may set cookies
The table below lists the third-party services that may set cookies depending on which parts of the Platform you use and the consent you provide. Cookies set by the application at app.replyagent.com are primarily necessary cookies that keep you signed in and process payments securely.

6Cookies set by our chat and voice widgets
ReplyAgent provides chat and voice widgets that our customers embed on their own websites. When you interact with one of these widgets, a small set of necessary cookies or local storage entries may be used to maintain your conversation session, remember whether the widget is open, and keep the conversation in context. These are functional to the operation of the widget and are not used for advertising.
If you encountered a ReplyAgent-powered chat or voice widget on a third-party website, that website operator is responsible for its own cookie notice and consent. This Cookie Policy covers only ReplyAgent's own websites and application.
7Pixels and other similar technologies
In addition to cookies, we may use the following:
- Pixel tags and web beacons. Small graphics or code snippets that let us measure campaign performance and understand whether content was viewed.
- Local storage and session storage. Used by the application to store preferences and keep your session working smoothly within your browser.
- Software development kits (SDKs). Used inside our mobile applications to provide core functionality and, where applicable, analytics.
8How long cookies stay on your device
Cookies last for different lengths of time depending on their purpose:
- Session cookies are temporary and are deleted automatically when you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies remain on your device until they expire or until you delete them. Their lifespan varies by provider and purpose.
As stated in our Privacy Policy, we retain the information we collect only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.
9How to manage and disable cookies
You have several ways to control cookies:
- Cookie preferences on the Platform. Where available, you can review and change your choices at any time via the cookie banner shown on our website.
- Browser settings. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Refer to the help pages for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
- Advertising opt-outs. You can manage interest-based advertising through tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance and the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance.
Please note that if you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the Platform may not function correctly, including signing in to your account.
10Do Not Track signals
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that signals to websites that you do not want to be tracked. At this time, the Platform does not respond to DNT signals, consistent with the position stated in our Privacy Policy.
11Consent and your legal rights
The legal basis for using cookies depends on the category and where you are located:
- Strictly necessary cookies are used on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional Platform, and do not require consent.
- Functional, analytics, and marketing cookies are used on the basis of your consent in regions that require it. You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding the personal data collected through cookies, including the right to access, correct, or delete it, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing. These rights are described in our Privacy Policy, and may arise under laws including the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR and UK GDPR), the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and similar laws in Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia.
ReplyAgent does not sell your personal information for monetary compensation.
12Changes to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the technologies we use or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about our use of cookies.
